◇Start locally. Choose optional account backup in version 1.4. Use your workspace without signing in, or connect with Apple or Google and choose when to back up. Signing in alone does not upload your records. Backups are held by the app account service, not your personal iCloud Drive or Google Drive. Only completed backups can be recovered; keep independent copies of important records. Online booking and online payment collection are not included.

Which app can I download today?
Stacked & Settled is available on the App Store for iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The other apps on this page are in development, with release dates to be announced.
Is Stacked & Settled free?
It is free to download. Permanent free access includes local jobs, quotes and three PDF exports per month with app attribution. Optional Pro subscriptions add unlimited PDF exports, remove PDF attribution and suppress bundled promotions. Apple displays your local subscription price and billing terms before purchase.
Does the app collect money from my clients?
The current release records money you have received elsewhere. Entering a payment does not charge a customer, verify a bank transfer or initiate a payout. You manage client payments through your chosen payment service.
Will my current records follow me to a new iPhone?
Version 1.4 offers optional app-account backup with Apple or Google sign-in. Complete a backup, then sign in to the same app account on another iPhone and review it before restoring. Signing in alone does not back up your records. Automatic backup must be enabled separately and runs while the app is open and connected. Restore replaces local records rather than merging them; a recovery copy of your previous records stays on that device. Referenced photo files are not included, and account backups are not end-to-end encrypted. Keep independent copies of important documents.
