Where AI may assist

AI may assist with drafting, organisation or future guided interactions. Current waitlist capture does not create an autonomous agent or authorise it to contact you elsewhere.

Identity and authority

V.A.A.N.I or another AI assistant will identify itself as AI when it communicates as an assistant. It will not pretend to be the founder or an undisclosed human employee.

AI assistance cannot independently authorise purchases, access private business accounts, send cold WhatsApp campaigns or make unsupported claims. Consequential actions remain bounded by explicit authority and human review.

Voice, avatar and media

Any synthetic voice, avatar or personalised presentation must be used with the relevant person’s permission and disclosed in context. We do not authorise impersonation, cloned voices without consent or fabricated customer-specific research.
